By requesting service, I authorize SATX Tire Pros to perform roadside services on my vehicle at the location provided. I understand roadside assistance is performed in uncontrolled environments and may involve inherent risks, including traffic hazards, weather conditions, unstable surfaces, and vehicle condition.

I acknowledge and agree that SATX Tire Pros is not responsible for pre-existing damage or failures (including but not limited to wheels/rims, TPMS sensors, studs, lug nuts, locks, suspension components, corrosion, seized/over-torqued hardware, aftermarket modifications, or manufacturer defects). If conditions are unsafe, service may be refused or postponed.

I confirm I am the vehicle owner or authorized to approve service and I release SATX Tire Pros from liability except in cases of gross negligence. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
