Terms of service
Last updated: September 10, 2026
Welcome to SATX Tire Pros Roadside Service LLC (“SATX Tire Pros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile roadside assistance services, appointment system, service-request platform, and related services.
By submitting a service request, scheduling service, approving an estimate, signing or accepting a Service Request & Authorization, or otherwise authorizing services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
Where a separate estimate, invoice, Service Request & Authorization, or other written service document applies to a particular service, that document and these Terms should be read together.
1. Services Provided
SATX Tire Pros provides mobile tire and roadside assistance services, which may include:
- Spare tire installation
- Flat tire inspection and temporary repair
- Tire replacement and installation
- Pre-mounted and balanced tire installation
- Battery jump-starts
- Fuel delivery
- Valve stem replacement
- Wheel-lock removal
- Tire-pressure and tire-condition inspections
- Tire disposal
- Related roadside services
Services are generally performed at the customer's location unless otherwise agreed.
Service availability depends on the vehicle, tire, wheel, requested service, equipment, parts availability, location, and conditions encountered by the technician.
SATX Tire Pros may decline any service that cannot reasonably or safely be performed using available equipment or under the conditions present at the service location.
2. Service Availability and Estimated Arrival Times
Service is subject to business hours, technician availability, service-area limitations, traffic, weather, equipment availability, parts or tire availability, and safe access to the vehicle.
SATX Tire Pros reserves the right to delay, decline, discontinue, or cancel service when conditions are unsafe, illegal, impractical, beyond available equipment capabilities, or otherwise outside our reasonable control.
Arrival times and service-completion times are estimates only. Traffic, weather, previous service calls, road closures, customer location, and other circumstances may affect arrival times.
Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, an estimated arrival time is not a guaranteed arrival time.
3. Pricing, Estimates, and Payment
Service pricing may depend on factors including:
- Type of service requested
- Service location and travel distance
- Vehicle type
- Tire or wheel size
- Required equipment
- Parts or tire costs
- After-hours service
- Emergency or priority service
- Difficult-access conditions
- Roadside or environmental conditions
- Additional services requested or authorized
Whenever reasonably possible, the applicable price or estimate will be provided or confirmed before work begins.
Conditions discovered after inspection may require additional work, equipment, parts, or charges. When additional work would materially change the authorized service or price, SATX Tire Pros will seek customer approval before performing that additional work whenever reasonably practicable.
Payment is due according to the applicable service request, estimate, authorization, invoice, or receipt.
Accepted payment methods may include credit or debit card, digital payment, invoice where approved, or another payment method authorized by SATX Tire Pros.
Applicable taxes and fees will be charged where required.
4. Customer Responsibilities and Authority
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably necessary to perform the requested service, including:
- Name and contact information
- Vehicle information
- Tire size when applicable
- Accurate service location
- Description of the problem
- Known vehicle, wheel, tire, suspension, or mechanical damage
- Other conditions that may affect the requested service
The person requesting or authorizing service represents that they are the vehicle owner or otherwise have permission and authority to authorize the requested work.
Customers must provide a reasonably safe and accessible area in which service can be performed.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is legally parked or otherwise located where roadside work may lawfully and reasonably be performed.
SATX Tire Pros may decline or discontinue service when the location or surrounding conditions create an unreasonable safety risk.
SATX Tire Pros is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or inability to perform service resulting from materially incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information supplied by the customer.
5. Tire Inspections and Temporary Roadside Repairs
Not every damaged tire can or should be repaired.
SATX Tire Pros may decline to repair a tire based on factors including puncture location, sidewall or shoulder damage, tread depth, tire age or condition, previous repairs, structural damage, run-flat condition, evidence of operation while severely underinflated, or other conditions observed during inspection.
Certain roadside tire repairs offered by SATX Tire Pros are temporary repairs intended to restore limited mobility and are not represented as permanent tire repairs.
When SATX Tire Pros identifies a repair as temporary, the customer is responsible for having the tire professionally inspected and permanently repaired or replaced as soon as reasonably possible.
A temporary repair does not guarantee continued tire performance, structural integrity, suitability for extended operation, or remaining service life.
SATX Tire Pros may refuse a temporary repair when the technician determines that attempting the repair would be inappropriate or unsafe based on the observable condition of the tire.
6. Customer-Supplied Tires, Wheels, and Parts
SATX Tire Pros may, at its discretion, install certain customer-supplied tires, wheels, or parts.
The customer is responsible for providing products that are appropriate for the vehicle and requested service.
SATX Tire Pros does not manufacture customer-supplied products and does not provide a product warranty covering their quality, history, age, internal condition, manufacturing defects, prior damage, or remaining service life.
Installation of a customer-supplied product does not constitute a warranty by SATX Tire Pros regarding the product itself.
SATX Tire Pros may refuse to install a customer-supplied tire, wheel, or part when its condition, compatibility, specifications, or apparent suitability creates a reasonable safety or service concern.
Nothing in this section limits responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
7. Pre-Existing Conditions and Vehicle Components
SATX Tire Pros is not responsible for failures or damage caused by pre-existing conditions or defects unrelated to the proper performance of the authorized service.
Examples may include:
- Bent, cracked, corroded, or previously damaged wheels
- Damaged, stretched, cross-threaded, seized, or corroded wheel studs
- Damaged, swollen, seized, incorrect, or previously over-torqued lug nuts
- Damaged or defective wheel locks or wheel-lock keys
- Previously damaged tires
- Prior improper repairs
- Damaged valve stems or TPMS components
- Corrosion or deterioration
- Aftermarket wheels or hardware
- Suspension or alignment problems
- Mechanical defects
- Road-hazard damage
Some pre-existing conditions may become apparent only when components are inspected, loosened, removed, inflated, or otherwise handled during service.
SATX Tire Pros may photograph or otherwise document the condition of the vehicle, tire, wheel, hardware, and surrounding service area before, during, or after service for service documentation, quality-control, payment, insurance, or dispute-resolution purposes.
If a pre-existing condition prevents the requested work from being completed appropriately, SATX Tire Pros may stop service and explain available options to the customer.
8. Wheel Locks, Lug Hardware, and Difficult Removal
Wheel-lock removal and work involving damaged, seized, corroded, cross-threaded, swollen, or otherwise compromised wheel hardware may involve additional risk of damage to components that are already defective or difficult to remove.
SATX Tire Pros will use reasonable care when performing authorized removal services but cannot guarantee that a damaged or compromised wheel lock, lug nut, stud, key, or related component can be removed without further damage.
The customer will be informed when reasonably practicable if additional work or replacement components appear necessary.
SATX Tire Pros may refuse or discontinue removal attempts when continuing would create an unreasonable risk of damage or unsafe conditions.
9. Roadside Service Conditions and Risks
Mobile roadside service is performed in environments that SATX Tire Pros does not control.
Conditions may include moving traffic, weather, uneven or unstable surfaces, limited lighting, construction, road closures, law-enforcement restrictions, unsafe shoulders, restricted access, and other hazards.
SATX Tire Pros may require the vehicle to be relocated before service is performed or may decline service when a location cannot reasonably be made safe.
SATX Tire Pros is not responsible for delays or inability to complete service caused by traffic, severe weather, road closures, unsafe roadside conditions, law-enforcement restrictions, construction, inaccurate customer-provided information, parts or tire availability, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
10. Warranties
Unless expressly stated in writing, SATX Tire Pros does not provide an independent product warranty on customer-supplied tires, wheels, parts, or equipment.
Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain new products and are governed by the applicable manufacturer's terms and eligibility requirements.
Any specific workmanship warranty offered directly by SATX Tire Pros will be identified in writing on the applicable estimate, invoice, receipt, warranty documentation, or other service record.
Temporary roadside tire repairs should not be interpreted as carrying a permanent tire-repair warranty unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
11. Cancellations, Dispatch, and Unsuccessful Service Calls
A customer may generally cancel a service request before a technician has been dispatched without a cancellation charge unless a different policy was disclosed and accepted at the time of booking.
Once a technician has been dispatched or has begun traveling toward the service location, a disclosed service-call, trip, dispatch, or cancellation charge may become due even if the customer subsequently cancels service.
Charges may also apply when a technician arrives but service cannot be completed because:
- The customer or vehicle cannot be located
- The customer is unavailable
- The location supplied by the customer is materially incorrect
- The vehicle is inaccessible
- The customer no longer requires or declines the requested service
- The customer supplied materially incorrect vehicle or service information
- Conditions prevent completion for reasons not caused by SATX Tire Pros
Any applicable charge will be based on the pricing or cancellation terms disclosed in connection with the service request.
SATX Tire Pros may waive a cancellation or dispatch charge at its discretion. A waiver in one instance does not require a waiver in future instances.
12. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the individual service.
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible.
Charges attributable to completed labor, travel, dispatch, parts, tires, or successfully provided services may be non-refundable except when otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by SATX Tire Pros.
Nothing in this section affects rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
13. Customer Authorization and Additional Work
Before performing applicable services, SATX Tire Pros may require the customer to approve an estimate, service request, digital authorization, written authorization, or similar service record.
By providing authorization, the customer authorizes SATX Tire Pros to perform the services identified in that authorization.
The applicable Service Request & Authorization, estimate, invoice, and these Terms may collectively form part of the agreement governing the particular service.
If conditions discovered during service require materially different or additional work or charges, SATX Tire Pros will seek additional customer authorization before performing that work whenever reasonably practicable.
Electronic acceptance, digital signatures, checkboxes, or other electronic methods may be used to document customer authorization and acknowledgment.
14. SMS and Text Messaging
SATX Tire Pros may send transactional or operational SMS messages related to service requests, appointments, dispatch activity, technician status, service updates, account activity, payment-related information, or other services requested by the customer.
Message frequency varies based on service activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Where applicable, you may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP.
For assistance, reply HELP or contact:
SATX Tire Pros does not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information or share such information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Additional information regarding our collection and use of personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.
15. Privacy and Service Documentation
Information collected through SATX Tire Pros services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information may include customer contact information, vehicle information, service location, service records, authorization records, photographs, communications, payment-related records, and other information reasonably necessary to provide or document requested services.
Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information regarding collection, use, disclosure, retention, and available choices relating to personal information.
16. Third-Party Services
SATX Tire Pros may use third-party service providers for functions including:
- Payment processing
- SMS communications
- Website hosting
- Mapping and location services
- Scheduling
- Cloud storage
- Business administration
Use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms, policies, and privacy practices.
SATX Tire Pros is not responsible for independent third-party services or systems outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
17. Website and Platform Use
Customers and website users may not misuse SATX Tire Pros' website, service-request platform, appointment system, customer-tracking tools, or other technology.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Submitting fraudulent or intentionally false service requests
- Attempting unauthorized access
- Interfering with system operation
- Impersonating another person
- Knowingly providing materially false information
- Using SATX Tire Pros systems for unlawful purposes
SATX Tire Pros may restrict access to its systems or decline service when fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected.
18. Relationship to Service-Specific Documents
These Terms are intended to operate together with applicable service-specific documents, including estimates, Service Request & Authorization forms, invoices, receipts, and written warranty information.
Service-specific documents may contain additional disclosures, authorizations, pricing, or terms relevant to the particular service being performed.
If there is an apparent conflict between these Terms and a service-specific document, SATX Tire Pros will interpret the documents together based on the particular service and applicable law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a legal right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
I would leave arbitration, mandatory Bexar County venue, class-action waivers, indemnification, attorney-fee shifting, and broad negligence releases OUT until your Texas attorney reviews them. Those provisions are important enough that I don't think we should improvise them.
20. Changes to These Terms
SATX Tire Pros may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
The current version will be posted on our website and identified by the “Last updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively as appropriate and will not alter previously completed transactions where prohibited by applicable law.
